The Service is provided to You AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company at support@bottledbits.be.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be modified to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
